When do boxes usually ship out?
Boxes will ship by the 15th of the month. Expect deliveries to arrive within 7 -10 business days after the 15th of a shipping month.
If you don’t receive your box within that timeframe, please feel free to reach out to us at our email. We will be more than happy to help you with any shipment concerns.
We ship bi-monthly during the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November.
When can I buy my box? Can we automatically renew?
We offer bi-monthly boxes. Subscriptions will automatically renew for whatever time period you select to purchase until you cancel your subscription. If you are a new purchaser, you have until the 30th (except February) of below identified months to order you box. Any purchases made during a shipping month will be applied toward the next month in which boxes ship.
Order Months: February, April, June, August, October and December
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account to cancel your subscription.
If you are having trouble canceling your subscription, shoot us an email and we will be happy to assist.
If you cancel after that month’s billing date. You will still receive that upcoming box, so keep that date in mind when purchasing or canceling your subscription.
We do not do returns; however we will of course honor certain unique situations.
What’s in the box?
As we gradually build our company, we are trying to improve the value and uniqueness with each box we make. It is our intention to curate a mixture of products created by people of color as well as others. If there’s a product you’d love to see in the box let us know via email.
Mini Subscription Boxes include 3-4 items.
Luxe Subscription Boxes include 6-8 items.
