RH | BEING HER SISTER CIRCLES
When you need conversation, connection and room to be witnessed.
Being Her means making room for all of her—the woman who is grieving, healing, changing, surviving, questioning, resting, rediscovering and becoming.
TWO THINGS CAN BE TRUE
You can be grieving and still experience joy.
You can be healing and still live.
You can be exhausted and begin learning how to receive.
You can miss who you used to be and become curious about who you are now.
You can love the people in your life and still feel tired from carrying so much.
You do not have to wait until everything is resolved, healed or figured out before you begin making room for yourself again.
Being Her is not about becoming a more polished, perfected or acceptable version of yourself.
It is about making room for the woman who is already here.
WHAT ARE BEING HER SISTER CIRCLES?
RH | Being Her Sister Circles are intimate, facilitated gatherings where women can slow down, speak honestly, listen deeply and be witnessed without being expected to fix, perform or have all the answers.
Each circle centers a real season or experience of womanhood—grief, change, relationships, caregiving, identity, health, body changes, joy, rediscovery and becoming.
Through intentional conversation, guided reflection, ritual and sisterhood, we create room for the parts of our stories that do not always have somewhere to go.
You may arrive knowing exactly what you want to share.
You may arrive with no words for what you have been carrying.
Both are welcome.
At RESTORE Her, you do not have to know before you arrive.
We can listen together.
THIS SPACE MAY BE FOR YOU IF:
You have been carrying something that feels difficult to explain.
You are moving through grief, change, disappointment or transition.
You are tired of always being the strong one.
You feel alone in an experience even when other people are around you.
You want meaningful conversation beyond surface-level connection.
You are learning who you are outside of the roles you have carried.
You miss parts of yourself that life required you to set aside.
You want to experience more joy without pretending that the difficult parts are not present.
You need to be heard without immediately being advised, corrected or fixed.
You want to sit with other women who may not share your exact story but understand what it means to carry, survive, change and become.
You do not have to be in crisis to need a circle.
Sometimes you simply need somewhere you do not have to carry everything alone.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every Being Her Sister Circle is thoughtfully held and may include:
A gentle arrival and grounding practice
A facilitated Wombversation around the circle’s theme
Guided reflection or journaling
Opportunities to share and be witnessed
Intentional ritual
Moments of softness, truth, laughter and connection
A grounding or affirming close
Sharing is always invitational.
You will never be required to disclose more than you are ready to share. You are welcome to speak, listen, reflect or simply be present.
There is no pressure to arrive with the right words.
Come as you are.
A Circle Held With Intention
Each Being Her Sister Circle is grounded in intentional ritual, guided reflection and meaningful conversation.
From the moment you enter, you are invited to slow down, settle in and make room for whatever part of you needs to be acknowledged.
Our signature opening and closing rituals are thoughtfully created to help women feel present, connected and held throughout the experience.
THIS IS NOT GROUP THERAPY
Being Her Sister Circles are facilitated wellness and community experiences. They are not psychotherapy, a clinical support group or a substitute for mental-health treatment.
You will not be diagnosed, analyzed or asked to process experiences beyond what feels appropriate for you.
The circle offers intentional conversation, reflection, ritual and human connection. If you need clinical mental-health support, we encourage you to connect with an appropriately licensed professional.
