Therapy takes a deeper dive into mental health by exploring deep-rooted difficulties such as trauma, unhealthy behaviors, problematic emotions and relationships issues that are causing distress and getting in the way of you living a healthy, happy and productive life. In therapy, you will address experienced mental and emotional health challenges. Therapy helps you develop insight and a toolbox of strategies so you are better equipped manage the challenges in your life and heal past traumas.

Therapy is not typically time-limited and may require ongoing counseling.
